WHO WE ARE
Huatai (Hong Kong) Futures is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Huatai Futures and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Huatai Securities. Huatai (Hong Kong) Futures is authorized by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (CE No.: BHE003) (“SFC”) to conduct Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 2 (dealing in futures contracts) and Type 5 (advising on futures contracts) regulated activities.
Huatai (Hong Kong) Futures is a member of the Hong Kong Futures Exchange (HKFX), an Overseas Intermediary of the Dalian Commodity Exchange (“DCE), Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (“CZCE”), and Shanghai International Energy Exchange (“INE”).
